When can we pick up the gear?

For same-day rentals: the morning is usually the best time to come in and get fitted. The earlier you get here the earlier you get on the mountain. We always serve our customers on a first come - first serve basis.

For the next day rentals: You can come in the day before your first day on the mountain to get fitted between 2pm-4pm. After 4pm we will start to have all our returns come back and the shop will usually get busy. We don’t charge anything extra for “day-before” pick-ups after 2pm.

The gear is always due back before 5:30pm on the last day of your rental.


What ski should I choose?

Beginner skiers: If you are a beginner, stay with our regular adult package. You need a soft forgiving ski and our regular adult skis are perfect for you.

Intermediate skiers: Once you’ve gotten close to the intermediate level you are starting to use the edge of the ski more. At this point we recommend going to a better/stiffer ski. Our performance package is the next level up.

Advanced/Good Skiers: Advanced intermediates all the way to expert level skiers will appreciate our high performance rack which consists of our previous years demo skis in a wide assortment of widths and styles—and one of the best deals in the shop. You’ll be getting a demo quality ski at a discounted price!

No matter what package you rent they are all meticulously tuned and waxed.


Do you offer Seasonal Rentals?

No, unfortunately, we don’t. We offer our rentals on a day-to-day basis. If you are looking to get into the sport we may have some newer or used gear for sale - feel free to ask!

How does a set-up/fitting work?

It’s super quick and easy and works in 4 simple steps:

  1. Paperwork - When you arrive we will ask everyone who’s renting to fill out their paperwork (we need signatures/parent-signatures for each user). This is where we learn about your sizes and ability.

  2. Boot Fitting - We will then ask you to try on your ski/boarding boots. We will work with you to find the best fitting boot. (*TIP: - come prepared with good ski socks if you have them)

  3. Ski/Snowboard set-up - Once we have your boots all set we will get you in a suitable ski/snowboard, adjust your bindings and give you suitable poles if you need them.

  4. Extras/Pay - Unless you need anything extra (hats, gloves, clothing) you’ll be set to head out for the day.


What kind of gear to you carry?

Ski Boots: We carry Nordica and Dalbello boots.

Skis: Our basic skis consist of Volkl RTM’s our performance line consist of Volkl RTM’s and our High Performance and Demo line include a variation of skis from brands like Nordica, Rossignol and Volkl etc.

Snowboard boots: We carry Rossignol and K2 boots.

Snowboards: Our basic line of snowboards consist of Rossignols and our high performance line include Rossignols and Lib-Tech boards.

Everything in our shop gets replaced every 2-4 years to ensure we have new, safe and modern gear to offer.


Do you wax and repair skis too?

We sure do! Bring it on by and we’ll get you all fixed up!

Can I schedule my fitting?

Yes, you can. However, it’s not required. We don’t have enough space in our shop to store/set aside all the reserved gear and you will still have to try your boots on to make sure you end up with a comfortable fit. However, an appointment will let us know to expect you.


Do you get busy?

Sometimes. During weekends and holidays, we’re are often very busy but that doesn’t mean you can’t come in. We are extremely organized and have a fast workflow that will get you in and out in a fast, friendly, and cheap way. We serve everyone on a first come - first serve basis. You are always welcome to call before arriving and we can tell you exactly what we have in our shop that would fit you.


Can I rent Gloves & Goggles?

We do not rent gloves or goggles. It is more sanitary and safe for you to own your own set. We sell some really affordable quality gloves and goggles from various brands in our shop. Come in and see us!


Do you offer any discounts?

Skiing and Snowboarding can be expensive - we know. We are happy to offer already discounted and competitive rates for modern and new equipment. If you are coming in with a large group of people or going out for multiple days (5+ days) or are in the military be sure to let us know and we’ll work something out!
